Employment Opportunity – Administration Officer

We are looking for an Administration officer to join our team at Wunderbar Aluminium Products. Based in Wodonga at Wunderbar Aluminium Products Pty Ltd., 1A Osburn St, Wodonga, Vic, 3690.

This is a Full time position 38 Hrs per week Monday – Friday

 

Summary of major responsibilities: This is a varied role that will involve Customer Service/Reception duties, Accounts, Payroll, Sales and General administration, you will report directly to the General Manager.

 

Key objectives:

  • Ensure quick response to all customer enquiries

  • Efficient & timely processing of Payroll and Invoicing and handle queries accordingly

  • Follow up on outstanding payments

  • Monitor OH&S and provide any feedback for improvement

 

Specific Tasks:

  • Reception and internal sales / customer service duties including answering phones, and customer enquiries

  • Meet and greet clients in the Showroom and demonstrate products (training will be provided on our products)

  • General office duties: Petty cash, ordering stationary & miscellaneous items

  • Profit & loss spreadsheets

  • Invoicing, and monitoring of customer accounts

  • Data entry, Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Management of filing and correspondence

  • Processing installation and safety reports/registers

  • Maintaining current job lists

  • Payroll

  • Handbook updates & OH&S duties as required

  • BAS statements

  • Compliance certificates

 

To be considered for this position it is preferred that applicants have the following:

  • Full understanding and experience in the use of Microsoft suite of products

  • Experience in the use of MYOB (required)

  • Great customer service skills and follow up

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Time management/organisational skills

  • Experience in an autonomous role

  • OH&S experience advantageous

  • Experience with SS8 advantageous
