Employment Opportunity- Administration Officer

Full Time – 38 Hours per Week
We are a well-established window and door manufacturer looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Officer to join our friendly team.

This is a varied role supporting our office, production team and managers. We are looking for someone who enjoys customer service, is organised, and wants to build a long-term career in the industry.

There are clearly defined paths for advancement for the right applicant.

Previous experience in Window & Door Manufacturing will be highly regarded.

About the Role

This position provides administrative support to the business and assists across customer service, estimating and production administration.

Daily duties may include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers

  • Responding to customer and supplier emails

  • General office administration and data entry

  • Preparing quotes (training provided)

  • Processing orders and updating job information

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal staff

  • Assisting the production team with paperwork and scheduling

  • Supporting the front office during lunch breaks or busy periods

  • Maintaining organised records and documents

  • General support to the management team

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and professional phone manner

  • Good computer and email skills

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a busy office

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Previous office experience preferred but not essential

  • Experience in windows, building or manufacturing is helpful but not required

Monday - Thursday - 08.00am - 4:30pm

Friday - 08:00am - 2:30pm
